I believe psychotherapy is a significant part of the overall process of healing. There are many facets to therapy that help people every day, counseling is an important part of the process. Together we will collaboratively define goals and they will evolve over time. I utilize evidence-based practices including mindfulness, CBT, and DBT, and tailor my work to meet the specific needs of my clients.

I received my undergraduate degree in Communications, with a Concentration in Rhetoric and Performance, from Villanova University. At Northwestern University, I earned my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with over 20 years in the healing arts. I work with individuals managing anxiety and depression, specializing in challenges related to family transitions and relationship conflict.
