I believe living with transparency is a key component to happiness. As we embrace the ebb and flow of life, my goal is to meet all you exactly where you are while providing a collaborative therapeutic space for counseling support. My hope is to be a co-pilot along your life journey to help you meet the goals that will empower you to become the very best version of yourself.
I hold a masters in Rehabilitation Counseling, as well as a doctorate in Rehabilitation Counseling & Counseling Education. I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counseling and have a background in both vocational rehabilitation and career exploration. My research and clinical interests reflect topics of multiculturalism and social justice, imposter phenomenon, and employability among underrepresented populations.
