I believe counseling is about creating a safe space for you to confront fears, search for meaning, and take ownership of your life story. My approach is focused on helping you see beyond the limits of labels, uncover what’s been keeping you stuck, and strengthen your ability to bounce back. Together, we’ll work toward lasting growth by building clarity, taking responsibility, and choosing actions that move you closer to peace and purpose.

I hold a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) as well as a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, goal setting, and lifestyle change strategies to support clients in building practical coping skills and sustainable growth. Whether you are seeking greater emotional balance or a deeper sense of purpose, I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space to help you create lasting change.
