I am dedicated to providing a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you will feel safe to explore your strengths and create lasting change.
I have experience supporting clients through life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to create an individualized approach tailored to each client’s needs.
