    Through empathic listening and compassionate support, I provide counseling centered around each person’s unique needs and goals. I have worked as an educator by day for over a decade, as well as a counselor in the evenings, which has granted me invaluable experience within the mental health field. I combine a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to customize a counseling experience that is both supportive and transformative.

    I am truly passionate about helping individuals through adversities and hardships. Whether you are dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship conflicts, career challenges, personal growth obstacles, self-esteem issues, or a combination of concerns, I can assist you with the healing process while collaborating with you to develop effective coping skills along the way.
